Wayne Isaksen has been an entrepreneur for the past 30 + years. After selling his Interior Landscaping business in 2005 and moving to the Wilmington, NC area he became a licensed Loan Officer, after watching his clients get deeper and deeper in debt with constant home refinancing he decided to switch careers and offer people a new product-paying off their mortgages and debts in the shortest time possible, typically 6-12 years. He was an Agent with U1st for a year, although he liked the product he did not like the MLM structure of that company. He now OWNS Team Pay it Off and offers his powerful, System for thousands less than U1st's Money Merge Account.
 

Because of the economic disaster we find ourselves in, Wayne Isaksen has also teamed up with New Era Debt Solutions, helping people that are over their head in Credit Card Debt. Neal Whittington is a North Carolina native originally from Benson, NC now residing in Wilmington, NC.  Neal has over 13 years experience in business to business sales and marketing and home based businesses.  Currently, Neal works as sales manager for Wilmington NC based Bon's Eye Marketing where he assists clients in increasing their market share, retaining more customers and lowering overall marketing costs.  Neal also independently works with companies and individuals as a sales trainer, teaching relationship selling and implementing his R.A.C.S sales system.  Networking and meeting new people is one of Neal's favorite things to do and he is currently serving on the Wilmington Professional Group's leadership team.  Lastly, Neal has been a part time real estate investor since 2005 and seen the ups and downs of the real estate market.
